Starting immediately 11/20/23, we will be implementing a new policy that requires a non-refundable deposit for appointments and/or all tire orders. This change has been put in place to ensure a more efficient and streamlined ordering process for both you and our team.
We understand that this may be a new practice for some of our customers, so we wanted to take the time to explain the reasons behind this decision. By introducing the non-refundable deposit, we can better manage our inventory and ensure that the tires you need are available when you need them. It also helps us reduce the number of cancellations and no-shows, which in turn allows us to provide better service to all of our customers.
